早在上个世纪三，四十年代，就有人提出男性更年期的概念，一些医生注意到有男性过了45岁以后也会出现类似于妇女更年期的一些症状，如疲劳，乏力，压抑及性功能减退等。 但男性更年期在医学界并未被普遍接受，它不象女性更年期有明显的身体和心理变化，男性激素主要随年龄增长在逐渐减低，30岁以后每年平稳减少1%，没有剧减情况。而女性到更年期性激素剧减，卵巢萎缩，不再产生卵子，男性的睾丸却到了80岁还能产生精子。因此有的医生就认为，男性更年期是个伪命题， 它的所有现象可以用年龄来解释。
不管怎样，从社会功能来说，男性更年期这个概念应该保留。50岁的男性，上有老下有小，承受的压力前所未有，因此情绪常有很大的波动，易怒，脾气暴躁也很常见。有男性更年期这个概念，人们就很容易理解50岁男人的脾气。50岁女人性格脾气反常，人们可以原谅说是她到了更年期，那么同样情况也应该适合男人，因为男人也有更年期。

Other than that shoe is a 8.5/10 condiontion sizing was fine, i would probably size up bc i wear acrylics on my toes, i got a U.S. 8 i need a 8.5 or 9 to be roomy with thick socks and i’m normally a kids 7 in jordan’s.. a 9/9.5 in womens and a 8 or 8.5 in mens.
